Hunan Garden - Rochester

We have enjoyed this restaurant for many, many years. While a few of the recipes have changed over the years, we seem to be able to find dishes that we enjoy. Our children especially like this place which makes it a great choice for us for family meals. The staff has been nice even when they are short on workers.

I liked their General Tso's chicken a lot and the spicy and sour soup. My girlfriend got the beef and broccoli and she said she didn't like it so they didn't charge us for it. The chicken wings were good, but one of them had a piece of hair on it, so the restaurant gave us a new order and discounted the wings at 50%. I'll eat from them again for sure.

First time here and was impressed. It was really busy so it took a little bit for our meals, but the food was fresh and delicious! My real only complaint was I asked for my plate to be extra spicy and there still wasn't enough heat for my liking. I'll be going back for another try

Best chinese in Rochester. Always friendly staff and not a bad thing on the menu.

Our food was fine nothing exceptional. Rice was good we had both white rice and fried rice. I was happy that the fried Rice didn't have peas which almost all places have. The tea was good. The place was clean and had a cozy feeling. Staff was friendly and nice. I did feel rushed to order though.
