Burger King - Brainerd

We went into Burger King and we waited for 10 minutes trying to get a workers attention and none of the 3 workers were in the establishment.

How hard is it to follow instructions on an online order? They didn't leave off the mayo on the burger like I told them too, and they didn't put any pickles in the wraps.

Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! And that's saying something there is no reason to wait 35 min after ordering my food and my food still cold!!!!

Cashier got our order wrong today and when my husband went back with the wrong burgers to have them correct it they refused because he didn 't bring back the entire order, including every fry! They accused him of trying to steal food, threatened to call the cops on him and the guy from the back tried to fight him. The manager told him it was my fault because i didnt check the bags. I countrd the number of sandwiches and got out of there way. She also told him that I was real chipper and my only interaction with this woman was When she gave us our bags I said I didn 't need any of the paper towel she was twisting around her wrist and shoving I to our bags. She said Just in case! And Continued putting bathroom paper towel in our last bag. I said no thanks I don 't need anymore garbage to through away. Took them out and put them on the counter. The guy in back was shouting at another female costumer from. The back as ae waited for our food. I feel like they are busy and tired, understaffed and under stocked but they really should try to work o. Their customer service. It 's very lacking. They refused to give their names so he could talk to someone else about the situation
