So, a walk in the customer pay $20 gas with a debut card trying to put gas in their car. The pump is not activated and the person is repeatedly tried. Ends back to business to let them know that the pump was not activated. The person (worker behind the counter is very rude for the customer. It was obviously the fault of the employee not to activate the pump. They say the customer has to pay again to activate the pump. They don't have enough money on their map. If it hadn't been that I was there and paid 20 dollars of money to get them gas, the other customer would have to wait 24 hours to get their debut card money back. The employee was also rude to me when I asked them why they can't handle it and give the customer their fuel. The employee went so far that they were not like the way they were treated, and the customer would have to go somewhere else. I was a regular customer of this site. Won't be more because I have experienced this kind of behavior several times in this place.
This special Wawa is a solid fuel station with food options if you don't feel like cooking and want to be affordable and easy. My only complaint is that there must be a better way to communicate what orders have been made for pick-up because I stood there 5-10 minutes before without recognition from an employee before someone finally asked me what my order number was and gave it to me. How do we know it's ready when it's behind a counter?
We were in your business today 5/10/22 and were greeted by an awesome employee named Dallas in a happy voice and asked if we need help there. We tried to use the ordering screens and screwed up again and again, but Dallas took our food and just made our day. How blessed WaWa is to have such employees. I don't know if you have employees of the month, etc. but Dallas definitely has our voice thank you!!
Placed an order on the app for a bfast burrito. The receipt verifies what I ordered in the app, sausage, avocado and Chipotle sauce. The burrito ended up having bacon, no avocado, spinach, and no chipotle. What was the point of asking me how I wanted it made if you're just going to throw on whatever you want. It was hot and fresh, so that's worth 1 star I guess.
