Each time I come to this place, they close when they decide that they stop working, which is far before the time it says online; and never answer the business phone. every time I go through to her, I will be ignored every time until they decide that they want to work or cook, I simply don't know how it is possible for people to get away with the work of a company on their own conditions, and it is really always irritating and very sad that I don't even go to my local steak 'n shake and get normal quality service more. even though eating is always really good when I can even get it. I just really hope that something is done about this because I love steak “n shake and now I start to miss it.
This place is so dirty. the floors are a fat and never swung during the hours of operation. where this leaves the food preparation area. never again.
The first time ever since pandemic. the kiosks we surprise, but ultimately the order went smoothly. that was still delicious. not so busy. they would suggest to give it an attempt, they will even talk them through the process. milkshakes were great.
HUGE LABOR PROBLEM. Was there on a Thursday afternoon. The shift manager was yelling at a new employee as if she was a dog. Even worse, was that it was obvious she was working hard and trying her best. I felt so bad for this new employee. She just took the verbal abuse and said nothing. I have never seen a manager in any restaurant treat an employee so disrespectfully in my entire life. This manager was also very rude to me. Whoever is in charge of hiring managers at this location is clearly a very poor judge of character. It is such a shame because the food is so delicious but the Management is absolutely disgraceful. While I understand it is difficult to acquire good employees that is no excuse for allowing a Manager to verbally berate a new employee. What an awful experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. She even complained out loud to all the customers that she does not get paid enough for the stress of her job! I have managed several stores and cannot believe this woman is a manager. I wouldn't have given her a mop job. I give major credit to the new young blonde employee for keeping her cool while tolerating the onslaught of verbal abuse from this disgraceful manager. She had a great attitude. Most any employee would have quit. I would have reported her.
