Bidra med feedbackThe food was absolutely amazing, the grilled Korvina was some of the best grilled fish I had. The Calamari was also great. The service was a little slow, but not enough to take a star. Nice staff.
The food was good. Our food was long. Like 1 hour. You have to invest in an exhaust fan. The whole restaurant was filled with a few feet of smoke from the kitchen. My eyes started to burn and I had to leave the restaurant for a minute. I was with a group of about 10 people. It was an experience, but I probably wouldn't leave the way to return. Authentic food.
The food was amazing, every bite was wonderful. I love this hole in the wall restaurant, it's expensive, but it's worth every penny. I highly recommend this place!
Great food with reasonable pricing. We especially enjoyed the ceviche and the seafood soup.
We dined here last Friday, Sep 24, enjoying a rare photo opportunity with owner/chef George Corzo. El Warike is amazing. We've dined here every three months for over 20 years. Many family friends are now equally avid. The quality is as consistent as the food is amazing. I lean toward Churrasco steak/shrimp in picante sauce. My wife is addicted to Jalea Mixta (flash fried seafood). The fare is never less than excellent. Never.
