Bidra med feedbackStopped for gas and they had everything! An oasis in the desert. Being a truck stop I guess they would. There's plenty of stall in the restroom and there's a subway in the truck stop. Being in Nevada has spoiled me, gas was quite high. Staff was friendlyand helpful..
Pilots is a travel center with many amenities, clean bathrooms and Cinnabon snack counter. Will be better if there is 2 pumps per line as right now only one car can fill up fuel. It gets windy and cold during the winter months.
Pilot Travel Centers in California are an excellent stop for anyone on a road trip, whether you're a truck driver or a hot shot driver. There's nothing quite like having access to food and coffee around the clock, along with clean restrooms. One of the best features is the option to sleep in your vehicle overnight. It's a safe environment, and I’ve never been asked to leave. Additionally, they provide a water tap for filling up RVs, which has proven to be quite handy over the years. Plus, the coffee is great — freshly ground and brewed automatically.
This is, by far, the second worst place I have ever visited. One of the employees was outside the shower, yelling at another employee. How is that acceptable? Why are we paying for showers that cause more anxiety than they relieve? Isn’t our job stressful enough already? If you're going to act that way, the least you could do is have the decency not to scream in front of the customers who pay your salary.
As I've gotten older, I've come to dislike driving. There aren’t any stations that play the music I enjoy, and the talk radio just serves as a reminder that the America I cherish has changed. However, at least I know I can eat and drink well during my travels. The Pilot station feels like an oasis in a vast wilderness, offering cool air and friendly staff that make you feel welcome.
