Good customer service even if the girl looked very tired

Great place I'm going through. I work on the swing shift so that I usually don't get work until about 10:00 or 11:00, so this McDonald 's is comfortable on my way home. I've had a few problems with the employees who tell me that after a certain time they don't do certain things that a lie is so conscious. Example at 10:30. I asked for a 20-piece Nugget 'made to order' (what made fresh when ordered) and the lady told me that they did not do that after 9:00, what makes no sense. If I'm ready to wait for fresh nuggets so they can stay hot during the rest of my ride home, that should be my choice. Obviously she just didn't want to take the time to do it. This happened a few times, but unlike that, they are usually very friendly and fulfill my needs.

This McDonald's is much more than none. They definitely do a good job on orders, but every time in a while they forget something I ordered, but it only happens a few times a year nothing that is a big deal. I definitely love the ice cone! Although I am sad that they removed the dipped cone and the blue stream from their menu.

At first, the place looks super clean behind the counters and they all looked like they worked fast and efficient. But the main reason I was writing a review because the manager was super friendly. I moved into my work car, which is far too large to fit in any trip thru, then I noticed a lobby closed sign at the door and went to go, but the manager who actually cleaned the parking came up and told me to come because he noticed how big my delivery car was. He even stopped chasing me. What a great show of customer service!

Very nice people, all employees are still masked, order correct and hot every time! The employees here are the kindest people. We ordered pick up inside and our order wasn't ready yet so we waited in the car. The shift manager brought us our order to the car.
