Can't believe it was there and I didn't leave? Best Gyro I had tried so many in 38 (God pampered in Crystal Lake Illinois) and was today disappointed UNTIL! Come on, try it!

Meat was very fat. Shredded fake feta, disappointing. Greek frits that only rode normal bar with a circumference canned garlic and fake feta. The tzatziki sauce tasted like sour cream with dill. If you like authentic Greek food, this is not something close to perhaps the meat.

Smallest portion with a huge price. $17 for a gyroscope plate with minimal gyroscope and pure white rice. I could have gone to a restaurant for the price I paid. The meat was dry and no dressing for the salad.. Very disappointed.

I ordered a chicken and a lamb kebab plate which comes with rice and a salad. The food was prepared with care and tasted amazing. The only thing that I wish was different was the actual price of my 2 meals. Their website menu says one thing, but when I arrived to pick up my food, the price was a little more than expected. There was a $6 difference. I can assume it?s due to rising cost and inflation, which I understand. The food is great, so totally worth it. So if your on a tight budget, call in advance to get the actual price. Besides that, I will continue to make my way back to D?Lara Mediterranean. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Went to go there 30 minutes before closing to get some dinner as soon as we pull up to park the employee working saw us and turned the open sign to close. I'm sorry I could see that being an appropriate response 5 minutes before closing but 30 minutes felt quite rude. Change your business hours or put a sign on the door if you are closing early. Won't support a business that clearly doesn't want it.
