Bojangles - BOILING SPRINGS

Nothing like a free sandwich from their app. Biscuit n gravy, not so much. Everything else... AWESOME

This Bojangles seems to run out of stuff quite alot. I've went 2 mornings in a row ordered Steak Biscuits and was told we're out of steak not the first time this has happened. In talking to other customers they said the same thing. If this keeps happeningwouldn't it make sense to increase your order.

Great device friendly workers clean restaurant and fresh hot food

Never got anything bad here and the sweet tea is great.

Slow to greet us at counter, inexperienced staff had to get help to do the order. Side order underfilled, wrong pieces of chicken on one order. Chicken overcooked and had a strong off flavor, not at all like normal Boj, which I have eaten since1981. Dining room infested with flies, well over a dozen alive and dead. This place is going way downhill. Time for anintervention by management. Fast food isn't rocket science, follow your processes and do things by the book and it comes outOK; they've lost the book here.
