Blatant abuse of smoking policy to increase profitability.We closed our corporate account with Bonvoy Hilton over this location.8397 employee business, $130k per month, 144 million points.Hilton Bonvoy should review audit this facility for its clear out of normal ratio cleaning charges.Do not contact.We are done with Bonvoy Hilton.Tighten up. Or you will lose more businesses like ours.

My stay at the Bevy was very nice. The lobby and bar area were very nicely furnished and I really enjoyed sitting in the other bar drinking coffee and reading peacefully. It was all beautiful and comfortable, the people working there were friendly and nice, and I don't think anyone else in my group had any issues either. The food at the breakfast buffet they catered tasted good and we went back for seconds.The room was clean and in good order, so I had no issues in there either.This is just down the street from a well known farmer's market, HEB, WalMart, and a whole slew of unique restaurants that are sure to please your tastebuds. You'll find many antiques, boutiques, other small shops, car and other shows, Wild Game Fundraising Dinners, at least one local German old-town band, the Kendall County Fair, and many other experiences. It's quite the retreat/conference weekend and this was a good hotel to be in for that.Overall it was a relaxing experience and I'd be happy to go back.Rooms: The bedroom and bathroom were clean and in good order, as were the conference room and other areas.Nearby activities: This is just down the street from a well known farmer's market, HEB, WalMart, and a whole slew of different ethnic restaurants that are sure to please your tastebuds. The hotel and property are maintained beautiful. However, I would urge caution when booking this property as the price that I booked it for differed from the check out price.Despite claims from the front-desk team they would correct it, I am sitting days later waiting for a response from guess relations.To add salt to the wound, I chose the breakfast package for all guests. On arrival I was told that it only included Adults despite picking children during booking. They mentioned that kids under 12 were free. However at breakfast we found that was not the case, and kids were 9.95.Overall, hotel property is amazing but the pricing is deceptive.

Our rooms were ready when we checked so that was great because we had to be at a wedding at 5pm. Ana made sure everything was all ready for us. Love great customer service and The Bevy did a great jobRooms: Our room was clean and efficient

Love the location of this hotel! Our room looked cozy, but we weren't sure if the linens had been washed as there was visible dirt on them (but could've been stained). When I called the front desk, she promptly brought up some fresh linens and gave us a nice bonus gesture.The parking lot was safe, and we felt comfortable parking there.The 2 things that bothered us the most is that there was a leak in the lobby ceiling, and there was a bucket catching the water. On the 5th floor, where we stayed, it smelled like rotten eggs (sulfur) the entire time we were there.What we loved was that the bed was comfortable and the outdoor pool area was very relaxing and the service was top notch. We will be back in a few days to stay the night on our trip back home, so hopefully, all will be fixed by then! 2nd visit 6-9-23No weird smells, equally exceptional service as last time, and since my husband is diamond, we got a nice upgrade and some bonuses!More a 4.5 stars, but TV service was out so we were unable to watch television and all we wanted to do was lay in bed and relax with some tv, after our long trip.I wish hotels would just get away from satellite because if the wind blows the wrong way in some areas, satellite goes out.Oh well, we are a spoiled country so I cringe when I write these things, but hotel rooms aren't cheap, they are a luxury and television is something you expect to be able to watch when you're in your room :)Noteworthy details: Great customer service.
