Starbucks - Blue Ridge

This location was good. They have a score of 100 which is awesome. The baristas are super nice and friendly. They even offered my dog crushed ice since he can't have pup cup. Only lost one star cause they mixed up our drink sizes and we had to go back out later.

Terrible service!!! It takes 10 to 15 minutes for a coffee. I see workers standing, talking, they gave me the wrong drink, they have no desire to work and serve.

I’m a semi-regular here, and I’ve never been disappointed! Shout out to Jess for being a great manager and always giving great service and drinks! I highly recommend the salted caramel cold brew with oat milk! Thanks y’all for caffeinating my day!!

Good service. drinks are always consistent. staff is friendly and the drive through is fast.
