Carroll's Barbeque - Blue Ridge

All other menu items aside, Carrolls earns 5 stars only for their amazing bride. It was so soft and delicate, while with great taste. Their hot and spicy sauce is also a big WOW! Zesty during this great BBQ taste. We had to buy a bottle. Your Cobbler was delicious and so a generous part for the price. I'd like to stop here again!

We really liked this place. The atmosphere is not loud, simple and good with generous meals. It's a good family square. The potato salad tastes like the family and the Koleslaw is also really good. Meat is juicy. We had a super sweet waitress, the hostess was a doll. Your homemade BBQ sauce is yummo!

Today I was passing through Blue Ridge. I saw the signs for Carroll's BBQ and decided to try it. The location is easy to find. The restaurant is extremely clean and inviting. The staff was very nice. The food is really good. The pulled pork had an nice smoked flavor. The sausage was moist and well seasoned. The brisket was very tender and flavorful with a very nice smoke ring. The beans, fries and bread complimented the meats. I did taste the bbq sauce and liked it but did not add any to my meats. The meat was excellent and did not need any sauce. I recommend trying this place if you really enjoy true BBQ from folks who know how to cook it right.

Had the lunch special— one chicken with fries, one pork with bbq beans — all great! Shared the cherry cobbler with ice cream for dessert . We will be back next time we are in area.

Very good smokey and delicate turkey. The pulled pig was also very tender. I have a serious affection for sweet potatoes, and their are the right k d of crispy. My husband and I both liked the Cole Slav who can be subjective.
