Peri Peri - Birmingham

Be cautious when ordering food at this restaurant as they tend to charge extra for cheese in burgers or large meals without informing you. The prices on the menu may not match what is actually charged at the till. Be mindful of this discrepancy when dining here.

In my opinion, I would steer clear of this restaurant. Their peri peri sauces are not up to par. The chicken wings and popcorn chicken were awful, to say the least.

The chicken and fries are delicious, but we always request the chicken to be cooked well done, and they usually accommodate our request. The quality is just as good, if not better, than a popular chain restaurant that specializes in Portuguese chicken. Additionally, it's better value for the price.

Worst **** food i ever experienced in Birmingham. First they told me my mate to not sit as they are cleaning although still 2 hours in closing time. He forced us to takeaway in result when we open food at home its ****, burgers are not same like original peri peri, wings are smelly seems recooked, fries are hard as old fries fired twice. In other words they are selling old recooked food, Its not original Peri peri i bet on that. This place is so lame, don’t know why it has four stars, terrible service and my unresolved father issues mean I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. If I could leave negative 2 stars I would.” Don't go there waste your money.

Whenever I've had a take out from here, and ask for plain chicken breast in pitta. I'm amazed on most occasions they get it wrong. Even after a confirmation from them, they've got the order right. Plus, beware aware of shy portions of chilli sauce when taking out.
