Golden City Chinese Takeaway

Absolutely awful takeaway. Chinese curry was over processed. Rice was solid and obviously sitting around for hours. Time to give this place a miss after using it for years and it just gets worse.

The food quality is awful, extremely greasy, and overloaded with MSG. I ended up with a headache and feeling bloated a few hours later. We considered reaching out to the restaurant to suggest they reduce the oil and MSG, but didn't want to offend the owner. We also heard from a friend who speaks Chinese that the cook was cursing and making threats in the kitchen, resulting in them being banned. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

The food at this restaurant was very tasteless and dry, and also quite expensive. I was not able to finish my meal and I regret trying it. I would not buy from here again.

Had several takeaways over the years and all were delicious. Dont always get the crackers so they need to improve on that but can't fault the food. Excellent value for money. In Wales we get half the portion and less ingredients so it's always nice to get good value for money with ther right taste
