Hy-vee Wine Spirits - Bettendorf

I was just returning to Halloween candy last night and I was charged by an assistant manager of a money situation. I asked for money back since my mother gave me her credit card. She didn't give me the right money. Then my mother came in and tried to calm down the situation. It didn't help. The assistant was not nice and rude and I won't return to Hy-Vee.

Need to keep Mike's HARDER lemonade stocked and not just the variety pack. Otherwise friendly and knowledgeable staff when I have questions.

Just a quick stop to buy one bottle of wine. The counter person was very helpful in helping me locate this wine. Nice store.

They staff is helpful. They aren't trained by the vendors in the specific products. Management should reach out to any vendors possible to be of more helpful to customers.Currently, it's self service.

I’m a vendor that recently visited this store for the first time WOW!!!! Does this team have it together. So friendly, so kind and ever so helpful. They are certainly here to help you have your best day and help you make some amazing memories. And did you know they have dietitians that help plan healthy meals for you with a shopping list!! Again, over the top team!!
