Dunkin' - Bettendorf

FAVORITE DUNKIN I HAVE EVER GONE TO. THE PEOPLE ARE THE NICEST AND SO UNDERSTANDING. This one girl we see all the time has actually put in our order before we even got in the store because she remembered exactly what we ordered! Never have had that happen before! We go out of our way to go to this Dunkin every single time. Love love LOVE this Dunkin!

Went to the drive through sat for a few minute while the car ahead of me was still sitting. I went inside no one said hi. There was one girl working but I could hear people in the back. What should have been a 5 minute trip lasted 10/12 so I left. Managers should be there and should assist rather than letting people stand and sit. I spent half of my 30 minute break waiting to even be talked to

This has to be the most pathetic Dunkin I have ever been too. The selection was quite abysmal. I thought Dunkin was supposed to have donuts?! A small selection and nothing that stands out. The Hyvee has better donut selection. I kinda looked and left, granted I haven 't been in a dunkin in 12 years, but I did not expect that. The staff was super friendly, I will give them that. The store was clean and it had a very Starbucks feel to the layout. I wont return again because when I have a donut every now and then I would be nice to have a selection at least, especially when the name should say it all. Dunkin Donuts.

The icing on these donuts is super sticky and should not be piled in a bag. They need boxes for all. The workers claim it's due to humidity but other stores' frosting doesn't seem to be affected by the same humidity.

Great number of options of doughnuts and coffee. Some seating to enjoy there or we took some on our travel and even couple days later still just as good. Even gluten free ones available.
