Kfc - Beenleigh

When I opened the box, the food was soggy and the meat fell off the bone. The skin was soaked in oil, making it difficult to handle without getting greasy. I didn't have any hand sanitizer to clean up. Check out the photos I uploaded - this place must be inspected by health authorities. After eating just two pieces, I experienced bad reflux. Overall, it was a waste of money.

This KFC branch is possibly the worst in Australia. They never get orders right, serve cold food, and have disinterested and careless staff. They need to hire new employees and a more mature manager instead of children.

I have consistently been disappointed with my experiences at this restaurant, so I have decided to leave a review to share my thoughts. Even a simple order of chips and gravy is unhealthy here.

Customer service worst I have ever received! when I asked no wings, I was informed by a hired rudely 'we will do our best ' when I did this to the manager, courtney, I was informed that no one had them a certain denomination of chicken prices. so I asked them big wings, if possible, otherwise I would order another meal to feed my family. as answer to my question was given to me all small pieces of chickens that were soggy and undercooked. the huh was so undercooked it was still pink on the bone so that not a family member could finish their meal and our whole family now feels sick after our terrible meal. Moreover, they did not even give me the correct order, kartoffel and gravy instead of gravy, missing a package of small chips and no dipping sauces! kfc worst experience I've ever had. never go into this load!

Quality and service as typical of KFC, more than reasonable. Burgers and chicken was hot and fresh as is the norm.
