Bidra med feedbackI love Long John Silver's so this was pretty depressing. First I understand the staffing issue with not many people wanting to work, but the line was literally wrapped around the restaurant and some people couldn't even back out to leave that were inside.I had five cars in front of me and four behind me and orders were being cooked one at a time so it was literally a 40 minutewait!! The speaker didn't work and there was a sign that you had to pull up and order at the window. The line was just adisaster! I ended up just sending my husband inside the restaurant from the drive-thru line and even then it took at least 15minutes or so!! With the food I know their chicken has a special type of batter and this happened to be very very crispy thistime and made it a little more difficult to eat. The chicken itself was also a bit tough, perhaps somewhat overcooked. The hushpuppies were definitely overcooked! Mainly a ball of grease and hardly any breading at all! My strawberry cheesecake dessert wasliterally thrown in with the food so it was pretty warm when it came time to eat it. I'm really sad when I say this but I wasoverall very dissatisfied with the entirety of it. Haven't been able to find many Long John Silver's anymore around where I liveand didn't like the fact that this one turned out to be a disappointment ????
The lady at the drive up was the rudest person that I have meet in Indianapolis. Had scabs on her arm's, really put her out to do her job! Food was OK. Not up to Long John's standard. Might want to try a better place
Food was good and fresh for the most part. Counter personnel forgot they owed us some food so had to remind them. Nice to go in and sit down as most LJS are closed to inside dining.
Food was great, the service was awful and rude. Placed order online and when I pulled up to the speaker, was told very rudely they were closed and to come inside if it was a pickup. They close at 10pm and it was 7:10 when I came to get my order so thatdoesn?t make any logical sense. Since Covid you think they would still take precautions since the inside of this place isclearly unsatisfactory to cleanliness. It?s obvious when walking inside immediately.
Horrible. She lied to me. I paid. She had me pull up past the drive thru window so she could cook my order fresh. No one was behind me or all the time I was there. She brings out my food 10 minutes later. I pulled in their parking lot to eat it. It wasnot even warm. NONE of it was cooked fresh. It was awful!
