Burger King - Beech Grove

I received excellent customer service during my visit to this restaurant. Previously, we went to another restaurant where our food was cold and incorrect, and the staff were rude. However, upon entering this restaurant with our bags from the other one, Cora immediately inquired about the issue and called the manager, Jazzy, over. Jazzy quickly resolved the issue after I explained what was wrong with our order. The entire team did a great job preparing our food correctly and ensuring it was served hot. Additionally, they kindly did not charge me for the juice I requested for my daughter, although I was willing to pay for it. I truly appreciated their effort and excellent service. Thank you!

I had a hot and delicious Whopper that looked exactly like the picture on the menu. The restaurant was not too crowded, service was quick, and the staff was polite and helpful. Overall, my experience was excellent, especially for a fast food place!

I had excellent customer service at this restaurant. We had a negative experience at another restaurant before coming here, where our food was cold and incorrect, and the staff were extremely rude. When we arrived at this restaurant with our bags from the other place, Cora immediately inquired about the issue and was ready to address any concerns. Jazzy, the manager, was fantastic. I explained the problem to her and she promptly rectified it without any hassle. The entire team did an excellent job preparing our food correctly and ensuring it was served hot. This place was awfully slow! we sat in the drive just before an hour. there were only cars in front of us when we were pulled in. we sat in the line without moving a customs over minutes and we just ordered simple items. two peice nuggets, two middle pommes and two chicken sandwiches. that was not during a rush. it was around the clock at night. So I would definitely not recommend to go to this place if they expect fast eating.

There was not a person in the drive through yet inside, but it took minutes to get a hure jr meal, she played and laughed when she came to the loudspeaker and I didn't understand a word. she ordered a hure jr meal and once asked me what size after I had already said what comes with the meal. I then saw how the hired stood and played with each other, play with the hairs and giggling, while my riders sat in a bag that was cold for all the minutes. the son of a **** was the worst thing I've ever eaten. the patty was so small that it was only taken up when the old one was so old that he fell apart when I opened the envelope. I threw everything out the window, doubt, even animals will eat it. not sure where the work ethics went in America....can people think they deserve for this kind of service?
