Bidra med feedbackI have been here a handful of times and I just don't understand why the service here is so terrible! It's always some young Mexican guy probably in his mid 20s working there like he hates life so much. He barely talks or communicate with you expecting you to tell him how to do his job. But then again why do I keep going back when the food and service is terrible? Do a better job with your service. You guys are probably the worst subway when it comes to customer service. Just remember without your customer coming to support your business you would not be getting a pay check. It doesn't hurt to be nice and kind and perhaps smile a little it will go along way.
The food is the same as any other other subway. However, when we went today, the lady who was there didn't even acknowledge we were there waiting for her to finish cutting the sandwich. The service is subpar. The ambiance is clean.Another thing I want to let the owner know is to invest on a soda machine that offers diet sodas.
Terrible attention, slow and without desire, the food is very good, without a doubt, change the staff.
No soup. At least once a week there is no soup and I'm told it depends on who opens. Don't advertise soup if you don't go to the effect of putting it in the warmer. Now I'm off to Panera. Guaranteed soup!
I walked in and waited and waited for an employee to come and take my order. NO ONE BOTHERED to come out of kitchen!
