The new fish platter has more than I could eat. Had plenty for left overs and the onion rings were crispy and on point

Was our worst experience at a Bob Evans to date. My wife ordered an omlet with hash browns. I ordered an order of biscuits and gravy with coffee. The coffee was so lukewarm that the sugar would not dissolve. Our food also served very low temp. Her omlet had cold chunks of ham in it that were too tough to chew. My gravy was not regular sausage gravy but leftover chicken gravy from the night before. I did mention this to the manager who did the right thing and comped it. I do not believe in wasting food, so we did eat it mostly until my wife threw up. As far as the atmosphere, they sat us at a dirty table that was sticky. The highchair we had for the baby smelt like pee. We had to wipe everything down ourselves with the baby wipes. I could understand if they were busy, but this was at 830am, so theres no reason for anything to be that bad. We would have waited patiently for them to cook the food properly. Anyway, we will be avoiding this restaurant forever now. Best of luck if you choose to go there.

A well established place like this should have a cook who knows how to make a simple pancake
