Long waiting time for drinks and supplies, although operation went several times at the table (4x) and saw empty glass. Get a drink first. Pizza, without exaggerating moderately. Then it was made around the counter, went to the kitchen, then telephoned at the counter, self-picked, beer tapped, drinks crate, etc. Finally I could pay. The Trieste in Bamberg-Gaustadt is almost an institution. The very friendly ownerfamlie provides accommodating flying service. Individual wishes are addressed. Although the ambience is quite bodice, the pizzas (in three sizes) are excellent, made of thin dough. There are the usual Italian pasta dishes, also some seafood. A delivery service brings everything home. The restaurant is always very well visited, in summer you can also sit in the courtyard. A bus stop is right in front of the house.

Inside it looks like in the 80s, but that's kind of original. The kitchen and the very warm staff are the same but all that others try to compensate through pure interior. The food is excellent at any rate, reminds of an Italy holiday. Thanks for the entertaining evening.
