Royal Farms - Baltimore

The chicken and fries appeared to be old at this restaurant. We ordered a 20-piece meal and were served with old chicken and fries. The manager was seen arguing with a customer, which was very unprofessional. I do not plan on returning to this establishment. The manager, who had black and green hair, was terrible.

Royal Farms is a must-visit! They offer delicious coffee, a variety of snacks, deli sandwiches, and freshly fried chicken with potato wedges.

My experience during today's visit wasn't so hot. Signs were posted saying the oven way broken. That basically meant none of the breakfast stuff I'd driven here specifically to get was available. Then I went to the little push button cappuccino machine. I pressed the button and all that came out was hot water. Needless to say I was pretty bummed out and disappointed by this visit. 23 January 2018

Do not eat chicken at this restaurant! This is the first time I have ever had such a bad experience at Royal Farms. The two women working there were very unprofessional, rude, and appeared to be from a ghetto background. The chicken was dry, some pieces looked overcooked, and it did not taste fresh at all. It seemed like the chicken had been sitting in the glass case all day. One of the women, who was rude and ugly, said they were not going to cook any more chicken. The other lazy woman seemed reluctant to go to the register to ring up customers. I am not sure what is happening in this store, but it is unacceptable for these women to behave this way. I am committed to reporting bad business practices when I spend my hard-earned money. This experience was ridiculous.

I cant, I just cant, absolutely zero hospitality. Zero manners, picks fights with little old laddies, I walk in and a women that looked like she had to be at least 85 years of age is carded for cigarettes... Not only that the lady at the register decides to pick fights with me for no reason, asks private and I mean PRIVATE info about me, beyond any level of rudeness I have ever seen, today I decided to cut my royal farms card in half.
