Bidra med feedbackRude and disrespectful . I am a senior citizen and although the food is O.K. , the manager is not. He should be kinder to senior citizens in senior housing apts so close to the store. When a lady called to say she did not like her sandwich the manager said if you do not like it throw it away She said what are you going to do about it he said he is doing nothing. There are many other places around that treat their customers better.
UPDATE: So this is my second time ordering. The first time was great. This time not so much...my wings were supposed to be honey mustard. I got them and they are definitely NOT honey mustard! I can't place the taste but it isn't honey mustard. The color was pinkish and had a funky almost spoiled taste to them. They were also sloppily thrown together. The wings weren't fully covered and it was just a big glob of whatever flavor that was in the middle! I ended up throwing them out. I really liked the first time, but this has ruined them for me.
I ordered delivery online the food was very good. The chocolate cake is awesome. The food was delivered quickly.
This is a decent pizza shop. I was hungry and saw this restaurant and decided to stop for a slice of pizza. It was a decent slice of pizza but a little expensive when I added a fountain drink, especially since the fountain drink wasn't very good.
We have been ordering from here for about 7-8 years now since we moved to the neighborhood. We order probably 1-2 times a week without any complaints. Everything has been great until recently. Delivery times have gone way up. Tonight took almost two hours. I understand they may be extra busy bc of Covid, but this should not effect the type of customer service they are giving. Tonight was the first night I called to complain. First to find out where our food was after an hour and twenty minutes, then to I called again when we received our food 15 min later cold. I called to just get some sort of apology. All the manager said was Oh that was a long time and offered no apology whatsoever. I would have been totally okay with an I 'm so sorry this will not happen again. They gave me a $10 credit for a $30 order that was barely edible. Everything had to be heated in the microwave. I doubt I will be using that credit anytime soon. Really disappointed.
