Bidra med feedbackI had the fried wings with macaroni and greens for dinner tonight and it was delicious! Not sure where these bad reviews came from? The food is excellent and the staff was very nice. Will definitely be coming back.
I was really excited to visit this place at their new location in White Marsh mall. The first time I attempted they were closed in the middle of the day. Came back to day in the middle of a back to school shopping trip with 2 tired and hungry kids. Prices are high but I overlooked that because I wanted to support. I was told my wait time for 2 piece whiting and 4 wings with 2 sides and an extra lobster Mac would be 15 mins. Forty minutes later my food was finally ready. I had to ask for a bag and more than one napkin from the young lady at the front who looks like she doesn 't want to be there. In fact, none of them looked like they wanted to be there and they had no hustle about them at all. They moved slowly preparing orders, almost like it was on purpose. So anyway, they forgot my greens. Had to go back up and ask for them and then proceeded to get cursed out by the man at the front taking orders because I asked him if he could hurry up, as I 'd already been waiting 3 times the promised wait time. He told me, and I quote, to go to the carry out and order rice and rat if I wanted quick service. He screamed at me at the top of his lungs in the middle of the food court in front of other patrons because I expected to be treated like a paying customer. Oh and the food...not worth the trip, the wait or the price. The chicken was slimy, Mac was straight out the Kraft box, and the greens were bland, had the stalks in them, and they tasted like they were seasoned with cinnamon. Run as far and as fast as possible from this place. They are slow, overpriced and combative. By the time we got our food and finished eating the mall was closed.
POOR SERVICE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Listen to the one star reviews as they are absolutely correct. I had an issue with the employees at the mall and called back to attempt to talk to the manager, was on hold for 15+ minutes then hung up on. Called back and told them what happened and there was no apology, all they said was we have a customer in front of you . I was then transferred to a manager while I was talking (without being told I was being transferred) and reached the manager. By this time I thought I might actually get some relief and have a conversation w/ the manager who would assist me in some way like successful and professional business personnel act when there 's an issue, however I was completely wrong. She cut me off every time I tried to say something, and when I attempted to ask her why she kept cutting me off she cursed me out and said told me I was rambling and said don 't f call my store, f you b . I 'll support black owned businesses, because I believe in supporting my own, however this establishment is where you go what you want to deal with arrogant self absorbed ignorant employees and managers. The crazy thing is I even told her I wanted to support a black owned business. Will never get another dime out of me.
