Bidra med feedbackThat was okay. I asked for our food, not to contain sides and they came with soaking anyway. the waitress checked us in every 2 minutes, was hard to eat or finish a set. I do not have to be checked for 25-30 times during a meal
Not even booking a reservation. When we arrived, they didn't even have our table ready. the only excuse she gave us was when we book the reservation (time) that was irrelevant to me. because if the time slot was available for me for booking, a table should be available. the manager of the personal apologised not even differently than just looked at us as stupid as it was our fault.
This location was recently renovated to reduce its size. they need to make a reservation at wochenenden or they need to wait one because to take a place.
Love our experience every time we go. everything is always so delicious.
We are Iron Rooster fans so we will be back, however, this visit did not meet our expectations. First the pros: parking garage was easy, free, and right next to the restaurant. Reservation time was honored so there was no wait. Hostess was excellent. I had the crab hash bowl which was seasoned perfectly and delicious. My bf. had the steak, eggs, and home fries. His steak was more on the rare side (ordered medium) and the home fries bland. Next time he'll try something else. The con: We aren't hard pleasers, but Jakiara was our server and her service was terrible. She was friendly, but forgetful with details items that we had to wait for such as the creamer, then came back and forgot stirrers for the coffee. Never checked on us once during our breakfast and we were there for a good hour. Asked for the bill and it took 20 minutes until I asked again. She could use more training to earn our usual 25% tip. We would definitely return but would request a different server.
