Dunkin' - Baltimore

I forgot that I had a Dunkin’ Donuts account and some money left in it so I decided to take a chance with this location. The inside is quite small and quaint, the employees are quite mannered, and the amount of time waiting for your order is within expectations. However, make sure you get your order right my last orders of coffee always leaves an acidic taste in my mouth (lol). Overall, this would be my spot for coffee and breakfast. Update: I finally figured out my iced coffee situation. Bump up to 5 stars.

The customer service here is outstanding. They’ve become so adept at recognizing me and remembering my order that on most days I can simply walk in and pay without saying a word! The person who prepares my Charli cold brews consistently does an amazing job, and the sandwiches really help me power through my day!

I work in downtown, so I visit this restaurant frequently. The cashiers are consistently friendly, and my food is always prepared perfectly. I usually order the Texas toast ham and cheese, and unlike other places I've been to, the bread isn't ever burnt here. It always tastes great!

I really love this location! They're incredibly fast with their mobile orders. I placed my order just as I was parking, and by the time I walked inside, it was ready. I have nothing negative to say about this place!

I'm working in the city, so I'm always coming here. the cash register is always beautiful, and my food is always properly cooked. I get the texas toast ham and cheese, and other places I was, the brot is sometimes burned. but here it always tastes the same.
