Valentine's 2023 arrived twenty minutes early and found many empty tables, but it was said it would wait another thirty minutes. When the waitress finally sat forty minutes later, the waitress took another ten minutes to come to the table to take our order. A drink that lasted another ten minutes, and it wasn't worth waiting, still properly prepared. After we had waited almost an hour, we hadn't got our food yet, so we left. They let me pay for the drink, and the manager never came by to apologize for waiting. I'm sorry I haven't looked at the reviews before I decided this place was in an upscale area. Wasted two hours of my life and ruined what my wife should have been a nice date.

The overall experience was very good, except we waited an exceptionally long time to wait. The waitress was very friendly and the busboy went out his way to take us and make us comfortable while waiting for the waitress. She told us she was the only waitress for the night. They would have thought that it was New Year's that they had additional employees. Overall, as we were no hurry, it was a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and hot. By the way, we celebrated my husband's birthday.

Party of 3 Christmas Day... When booking we had no idea that we could not order in the menu and that we could not order drinks from the bar, no bartender on the staff) The breakfast buffet was satisfied and we were grateful. Unfortunately, the food wasn't even warm.... Disappointed to say the least... Also paid $26 to the Valet pull our car to the side of the hotel's entrance.... We could have done this for free... not back. I'm sorry.

Restaurant lost heat. Very cold. People wearing coats

Great food and creative cocktails. The service was a bit slow but no different than other restaurants with staffing shortages.
