Del Forno Lemon Tree - Balfour

Firstly no bread/dough for tramazzins,no problem change order ,then more than half an hour later someone came not the waiter havent seen her since coffee was served and told us the chips frier was faulty and somone is attending to it 20 min later we saw somone bringing frozen chips from somewhere maybe P&P and then 10 min later we lost it we couldnt wait anymore and only then we got served,i think it lacks managment or a attentive manager

My wife and I had some time to kill as we dropped our daughter off at youth evening, and so decided to stop at our more relaxed, well priced restaurant we enjoy supporting. There was no disappointing surprises as usual. We had a lovely meal together and much needed us time as we all know life has a way of sometimes putting a hold on such occasions. Guy's, give Del Forno Lemon Tree a try when in the area, I am sure you will enjoy the cozy setting and first rate food and service.

I've made Del Forno my new work-from-home space. The place is impressive and very accommodating. I order tea daily, and they present it perfectly, just how I like it. I feel like I never left home. The manager constantly came to check up on me and make sure that I was okay, and the waiters made sure my tea never turned cold. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Your service and kindness are exceptional.

The owner has no way of talking to cusomers. We found hair on our pizza and on the peach. When we addressed it to him, instead of apologizing about it, he raised his voice at us and told us if we have a problem we shouldn't go there again. I was honestly horrified by the way we were treated.
