Zaxby's - Ashburn

They have the nicest people working there, in the drive thru, would definitely stop by again while traveling, but my Cobb salad only had chicken, tomato, cucumber and cheese.... there was no boiled egg, no French onions or bacon which is why I get the salad that was disappointing!

The service was good here so hats off to them, but the food was disgusting!! The chicken tasted like sausage, like breakfast sausage! YUCK. The zaxby sauce was nasty. The fried pickles were dry and overdone. The only thing we enjoyed was our fries and the seasoning on them (but ask for more seasoning because they barely put anything on). Dr. Pepper was delicious probably best I've ever had haha. Overall, this place is way too hyped up for the food that is given.

After waiting 5 minutes while counter help joked its friend she finally asked what I needed. I Asked for a fried chicken sandwich with cheese combo no tomato and the girl didn 't understand asking twice what I mean by fried chicken sandwich I said learn your product 15 mins out of my lunch and still no food . I left

I 've been to many Zaxby 's, it 's one of my favorite fast food options. Stopped here on New Year 's Day, at noon, on my drive home from Florida. The drive-thru line was somewhat long and I needed a break so parked and went inside. There were a few people in line inside as well, and only one clerk running the registers and passing out orders. There were at least four people cooking and it looked like two running the drive-through. I eventually placed my simplest ever order then ran to the restroom. Not surprisingly there was a line there too. When I came back and I still had to wait a bit for my 1 Nibbler. Took it to go. It wasn 't quite as tasty as usual, but it was OK. She did give me several napkins which was nice. They have a free-style coke machine.

I stopped in here on the way home from visiting family in Atlanta. This is the first time I have been to this location, but I have visited other locations. I usually order the chicken fingers meal. On this visit, I decided to order the new Chipotle sandwich that Zaxby's is promoting. The young ladies working the counter were friendly and helpful. As for the kitchen, there were several people working, but my order took nearly fifteen minutes. The Chipotle sandwich was good and hot, as well as the French fries. But the side of French fries was rather on the small side. The dining room is kept clean, but the men's (roosters) bathroom was out of toilet paper. And the toilet was backed up as well. As I was getting ready to leave, there were several people standing around waiting for their order. I understand that it was busy, being dinnertime, but the space in the entrance/counter area is small and cramp. Which makes it difficult to get a refill of your beverage or for patrons entering or leaving. As I was leaving, I held the door open for a young mother leaving behind me. Carrying her little girl in her arms, she thanked me and made her way to the parking lot while her daughter smiled and waved to me as I made my way to the car. After a bad start to my trip back home, that really made my day. As for this Zaxby's, the food was good. But the wait time for meals ordered needs improvement. The dining area is kept clean, but the bathrooms need to be better maintained. At least I did not have a guy panhandling me for money at the counter like another Zaxby's I visited in south Georgia.
