Carroll's Sausage Country Store

Friendly people with a really good selection of cheeses, sausages, and candy too. A good way side stop on tee journey up and down 75. The prices are decent and has a very rustic atmosphere. Their bacon is nicely priced and beautifully thick cut too. Worth a stop. Also cheese curds! A variety of flavors. Got my favorite, garlic and dill, too.

Incredible store. Everything you could want and MORE! Stopped for smoked sausage and ended up with much more. At checkout the cashier bagged the sausage in a thermal bag and added ice. Great experience. So you know, I live in central Florida. Go there.

I've seen street signs for this place for years, but with others I've never been able to stop. This time I planned it on my trip. You didn't disappoint. Simply amazing selection of sausage and other meat. Tons of jam, jelly and pickles. Can't wait to dig. Oh and great prices on Wygue Steaks, although frozen.

Only in case you do not know that this is one of my favorite stops on I75 in Georgia. I love her smoked sausages my favorite is garlic cheese. I also bought snacks

If you are on the market for meat, especially sausage, you will find everything you could ask here. The service was good and the quality was top-notch. Here you will find many other counted treats and a charming rustic atmosphere, but the meat is definitely the star.
