The Kaisendon we had was amazing and fresh at only ¥1200 for a regular size! If you get a restaurant card brochure from the tourist office, you will even get an apple juice for free.
There are limited restaurant to eat at Shin Aomori station and this is properly the last place to eat if you arrive late at around 8pm. Price are reasonable and you can get sushi here.
Maguro don was fresh but a bit pricey for only a few pieces.
