Jal City Aomori - 青森市 日本

Hotel is a bit far from train station and restaurants area but it's near Toyota rent a car that why I choose here. The room is clean and room size is ok for guests who have big luggauge. Staffs can speak English just a bit and hard to communicate with them.

The reception service quality of evening part was not good because he let customer waiting for him without understanding what kind of urgent situation he shall execute first. Maybe the staff's English was not good to explain what's happened. On the other hand, the clearance of towel was bad because I found some hairs inside. The room's interior material, equipment and furniture were old style without meeting the normal and convenient use. I won’t want to recommend this hotel to you even it was JAL system. I also won't book this hotel again.

Warm welcome by professional staffs and lobby is clean cozy. Room is spacious and amenities are well prepared. The bed mattress with good support plus 2 pillows for you to choose for your comfort. Tasty breakfast with various choices and delicious.

Clean and comfortable hotel within 10 minutes walk from JR station. The corner double room was an ok size by Japan hotel standards. Location was convenient to several tourist locations in the area. Hotel has 2 clothes washing and drying machines; cost was around 700yen for a 3kg load. I'd happily come back to this hotel.

Stayed the king corner room on the top floor. It had a panoramic view of the bridge and the bay. Quiet. Clean. Size enough for 2 adults and a large suitcase. Bed and pillow were supportive and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The amenities included the usual ones plus mouth rinse and facial masks. Very thoughtful. Besides, the room was equipped with Dyson hair dryer. Nice. Unfortunately, safe box was only available at the lobby front desk. It's within walking distance from Aomori Station and bus terminus. Quite a few good restaurants nearby. Very convenient. Highly recommended.
