Bidra med feedbackI eat here 3-5 times a week service was great but is going down hill had to wait 15 minutes after they asked me to pull forward out of the drive thru.20 minutes since I ordered and all I ordered was one of the 6$ meals after 4pm after 4 pm.
Kelly I don’t know if you’ll see this but your amazing in the drive thru window your energy you’re happiness your smell just made me feel so happy going through the drive-through you do amazing at your job
Food tastes alright, but if you're expecting chicken strips you might be disappointed. I'd much rather have chicken strips than tiny pieces.
I went through the drive-through as I do every morning around the same time in previous times the reviews I would’ve rated would’ve been excellent but unfortunately for the past couple of times.“(03-01-2024) morning shift. If I knew names, I will place the names in this review so that whomever is the general and regional manager or owner of this restaurant can correct the issues and problems with the staff and communication as well the preparing of the food, making sure food is hot and served correctly”…I have had trouble with my food being correct as well being hot, not to mention the young lady who takes the order in in the morning, always seem to be in a rush. I’m a very respectful, polite person and if I ask for my order to be a particular certain way, I expect that especially if I’m asking with respect and if I’m being detailed, but when you’re being rushed, something is bound to be wrong or there will be discrepancies.I went to order the sample breakfast with the grits, bacon, egg, biscuit and gravy and they gave me some grits That was extremely cold. Had no butter in them then when I went back, I said ma’am, may I please have some grits that are hot with butter in them like I ordered, she went to the back they poured butter on the grits. Grits were still cold. Then they act as if I was a problem, because I asked very respectfully and very nicely, I said ma’am I’m asking nicely and respectfully I want hot food. I just paid for this food. Then as I started to the manager If I was serving you, I would make sure I give you what you asked if I could there is nothing wrong with me asking for hot food and to be treated with respect , the lady that was taking the money started shaking her head as if I was a problem and like I told her ma’am I come here every morning and I asked very respectfully and very nicely and if it’s wrong I’m going to say that but I’m going to do it with respect I would’ve gave them a zero, and hopefully before a guest shopper come to rate this restaurant they really need to fix the attitudes as well as make sure the food is prepared correctly. Had I been a guest secret shopper I would have demanded management as well Some of the staff members to be written up , next time, learn how to treat all people with dignity and respect, especially if they’re giving you dignity and respect back.
Good food, good prices. I would definitely eat there again.
