Great new found restaurant for us. The food was fabulous! I had chicken marsala and it was the best I've ever had. Our waiter, Joseph, and the manager worked diligently to get us served and to the concert on time. We can't wait to go back! Food: 5 Service: 5

If you order DoorDash from this restaurant expect that it will take an excessively long amount of time. Most every order, a delivery driver is sitting waiting on an order to be ready for MINIMUM 15 minutes, if not longer whereas every other restaurant in town never takes as long. There's Italian, then there's Effina's!! Amazing food and awesome service! We were here after the lunch hour, and it was packed! Did not effect Olivia in the least! She was a perfect waitress! My wife had the Lasagna and I had the Voodoo Pasta. Both were the best we've ever had! I literally could order a bowl of the voodoo sauce and eat it with a straw!! Or to quote Guy Fieri, from DDD, I'd eat it on a flip flop!! It's that good! Can't wait to come back! I'd give 10 stars if I could! We had a lovely time eating at Effina's. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Great to have an Italian cuisine option in this area since we come here often to browse the antique, consignment, and thrift shops in Anniston and Oxford. The old timey feel of the downtown is a nice feature.
