Starbucks - Ankeny

Horrible did an online order. Got our drinks wrong and took forever! Never go to this Starbucks!

I’ve only been here a few times cause i normally go to the one on Ankeny blvd, but this one is so much better honestly. whoever took my order and greeted me at the window was so nice and welcoming. i know they’re always busy and probably get annoyed sometimes but i still appreciated the whole experience! coffee from the other store is never made right and the one i got today was probably the best one i’ve ever had, so thank you for all you guys do!

On the way to a conference and had my icy chai tee in 3 minutes! all were great!

I *have* to order decaf coffee. Fully caffeinated coffee absolutely ruins my stomach and overall physiology for a good chunk of the day. I try not ordering online unless it's my local store, but decided to take a gamble today. Horrible decision on my part ordered decaf and it was 100% full-caf. Basically a full afternoon of food poisoning because of it.

Drinks are generally pretty consistent. The drive thru is usually pretty busy, but moves fairly quickly. The employees have been friendly and courteous. I would hesitate stopping here for a quick pick me up
