El Azteca Incorporated - Ankeny

The food was overly salty, and the salsa wasn't good either. I had to pay extra for more salsa just to make it somewhat decent. The place was also quite dirty. Not a great experience overall.

This is a fantastic family-owned Mexican restaurant. They serve delicious margaritas and provide excellent customer service! It’s a must-visit spot!

The service was polite and quick. The menu may not be extensive, but the food is always consistently tasty and served in generous portions. The rice, in particular, is delicious. I appreciate supporting these local family-owned businesses instead of larger chains.

Good margaritas, great chips salsa. We usually share the lime chicken that is fantastic and usually have a hard time to finish it. Friendly, super attentive staff.

Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in Ankeny. Really authentic and tasty food, large portions, and well priced. I?ve done dine-in and pickup, several times for both. Each were great. They are also extremely fast getting pickup orders ready. You can even get a margarita for pickup!
