Ruby Tuesday's - Amsterdam

Always tasty, but they have forgotten ice cream with the desserts a few times or they arrive melted.

Ruby Tuesdays has gone so downhill! We never order from them anymore but decided to give it a chance because we dont have a lot of DoorDash options in our area, and we have COVID. The ribs and smash burger were good, but thats where the good ended. The side of fries were soggy because they werent vented properly and needed to be air-fried to make them edible. The side of broccoli was complete mush and inedible. The onion rings were good and crispy, but I received 7 medium size onion rings for $7.50. I know we have inflation, but should onion rings really cost more than $1 a piece? I dont think so. For these reasons, we will never order from Ruby Tuesdays again. To add insult to injury, the food from this bad chain restaurant is way overpriced compared to quality food from our local steakhouses. Unbelievably disappointed. This chain should be ashamed.

A friend and I stopped for dinner. We were greeted happily by the hostess who sat immediately. We waited 30 minutes before someone came to our order (for drinks and food). In the last 10 minutes we decided after waiting that they didn't want our money, so we got up and went. When we moved out of the parking lot, we called the restaurant and asked to talk to the manager. We explained what happened and then went to another restaurant nearby. I can give them another chance or not, were only for a month in the area and there were many places in the area that took care of us very well that we will return. I gave 2 stars because the bathroom was clean, the salad bar looked like it was good and the hostess was very nice. Update: 4 days later... You have another chance. Immigrant and get a happy hello. Immediately after sitting, our waitress came by and took our drinks orders. For dinner I got the Triple Play (Ribs, chicken finger and shrimp). As for the pages I ordered the grilled zucchini and upgraded to the salad bar. The salad bar (7 out of 10) was good. Everything was fresh. The ribs (7 out of 10) the choice Texas dry rub, had good seasoned taste. The grilled zucchini (4 out of 10) had no taste, but was not terrible. The server (8 out of 10) was great, I'm not sure you could evaluate people, but... It's part of my experience. Overall I give 4 stars (8 out of 10).

Good food with a nice selection at the garden bar. Service was friendly.

So glad to find Ruby Tuesday's you have no idea if closed the one up by my place they close one even further out there's nothing left of Ruby Tuesday's like the song goodbye Ruby Tuesday still makes me cry lol food was really good loved our waitress
