Dunkin' - Amsterdam

My hashbrowns were all burnt and so hard you couldnt bite into them they were so over cooked

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin'—my food was burnt. This location is the worst! I really wish the one on Route 30 was available here instead.

I ordered 6 regular glazed donuts and 6 blueberry glazed donuts, but I only received 2 blueberry donuts, along with 2 plain donuts and 2 donuts with just glaze on top. While I did get the 6 regular glazed donuts I ordered, I'm disappointed with the mix-up.

The breakfast wraps were cold and tasted stale, but the coffee was quite good.

Quite good eating, but my friend has gone out a year ago on her parking and they have never been like a free donut. kind of weird, but still! good service, I think a kiss on the bumper blocks would be nice, just for the case that it happens again.
