Fazoli's - Ames

I wish I could have reviewed the food but we stood at the counter for 5 mins and nobody ever showed up to take our order.

Katelynn and the cook were very amazing and went way out of their way to make sure my daughter was taken care of!

Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with not a single work from an employee. They barely had any customers inside and nobody else in the drive through.

It was a disappointment. . the food was cold...it was fairly clean, but nothing can make up for the cold food... not luke warm, cold.

I usually like it but they put to little sauce so my noodles were a bit dry.
