The Chicken Rice Shop - Alor Setar

Unprofessional cashier. Video call with boyf/husb? But still unprofessional. I cant redeem my voucher coz she thought i just want a point she ask to pay first so the voucher cant redeem. Plus, she lied to me that was a reward u need to claim points first, but at my app show if 0 point still can redeem. I dont want to argue more coz i was mad. Not mad because of the voucher but i was mad because she being unprofessional lied. Just admit your wrong miss. Im very disappointed.

Food was not as good as before, I'm not sure they still serve the garlic or not cause the last time I was there, they did not serve me with it which was a bummer.. I sat first but the staff took orders from another customer who came in later.. need a lot of improvement to stay relevant..

Since they're actually at the LG floor, the place is a bit warm. But great service

When we arrived there are few customer, since its lunch time, more and more customers came in, and there's grab food and food panda guy waiting for take out order. We ordered infront of the shop since they dont give menu on table anymore, after that they lead us to a suitable seat for your number. Although you can still choose where you want to sit. They provide baby chair. The food come pretty fast. There's 3 service crew and they worked together very well..thr restaurant located near an entrance from the parking lot and is near the toilet so its very convenient. We spent almost 40 for the 3 of us.

THE ONE AND ONLY THE CHICKEN RICE SHOP IN ALOR SETAR. The service is good and also the food. Just a kindly reminder, there is a lot of people here during weekend and also around 8 p.m during weekdays. There is one time, when i came around 8 p.m, there is no chicken left. p/s: there is a new chicken rice shop outlet in alor setar, at alor setar mall.
