After getting off the ferry from Langkawi, we decided to stop at this restaurant for some nasi kandar before continuing our journey to Kuala Lumpur. Situated conveniently on the road heading south, we didn't have to backtrack towards the Alor Setar city center. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the ayam madu and the deep-fried kangkung was exceptional. Don't forget to request kuah campur for your meal!

The meals at this restaurant are simple and delicious. The food may be basic, but it is very tasty. It can get busy during lunch hours. This is my favorite kind of lunch spot, no fancy decorations, just good food. I highly recommend it.

Was introduced here to this lovely nasi kandar place in this small town in Kedah. The dining hall is spacious and airy while the choices of food are good. I had deep fried shrimp, beef in dark soya sauce and honey egg all were very nice. The fried shrimp were crunchy, while the beef is tender and tasty. The mixture of sauces were excellent. Overall I would it is a nice and affordable place to eat.

I visited this restaurant during the Hari Raya holiday and was impressed by the good quality of the food. I especially enjoyed the curry gravy and the tasty and juicy ayam goreng berempah. I would definitely recommend this place for dinner or lunch.
