Delicious, but why did they not take the time to make sure that celery was not brown and had a strange small and this is the second time that I ever got celery when fresh celery and carrots are always accepted with wings $14.03 (Gutschein on App that saved me 3,00) for 12wings and brown celery and the manager was even aware of the situation and was unchalant about me
The food was very good. I had bones. The girlfriend also had flattened chicken and cheese, which was good. The waitress was very polite and had a positive attitude. She was very quick to take care of our needs while we were immersed. Also the toilets were clean, which is always a plus.
Unfortunately, another restaurant still seems to fight with staff. The food here was always a few of my favorite, so let's go if we can. Last Saturday (8/27 was somewhat surprising. It didn't seem to be a host so we decided to sit at the bar to avoid a long waiting period. The first bartender was incredibly sweet, but her shift ended so that she started us with our drinks and that was the end of the good parts of the meal. The girl that took over was overwhelmed. Continue filling up the bar area, everyone else must also have decided not to wait to see if a hostess would arrive. (One hour later, a group actually waited 20 minutes and asked the bartender where the host was. I'm not sure they're ever sitting. It took 20 minutes for someone who took our food order and they were out of several things and they were the only things my father was really excited to get. Then it took an hour for our food. My father's app and my husband escaped first came out. The Philly cheese steak egg rolls sat clear in the window for a while, as the skin on the sauce was so thick, it took a few attempts to get any on food. Then 20 minutes later my father's duck came up and mine (after the runner told the bartender before us that she gave my father food to another table. My loaded cheese burger was so embarrassing me half of it. It also took so long to get the bartender to get a second beer for my father that he almost resorted to pouring it himself.(not really, but it was a constant joke while we waited, we immediately asked to avoid the check. There were other customers nearby to make complaints about food cold and just to get bad experiences this day. It's regrettable, because Friday is a favorite of me since I was a little kid. I hope that we have just caught them in a time when 75% of their employees rust or something because this was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Give 3 stars because this was a unique experience that hopefully does not go further, and the food is usually much better than that.
We haven't been here for years because of a bad experience and thought they were better. But unfortunately not much has changed. The menu is either cheese, paprika and onions with a meat or meat in a whisky glaze. The food comes out after a long time and is overcooked. The staff gives a million reasons why you have a terrible experience, but they do nothing to correct it.
Had an absolutely HORRIBLE take-out experience at this TGI location. I ordered curbside to go at 7:06PM and my order was supposed to be ready at 7:32PM. After waiting in the curbside area for 15 minutes, I came to the assumption that curbside just isn 't a thing here and went in for my food. (Not sure why curbside is even an option on the app) The hostess directed me to the pickup area near the kitchen where I waited an additional 15 minutes before someone finally asked for my name on the order. She said they were waiting on one more item . I figured at least my food would be hot and fresh when I got it. Far from the case as my steak was ice cold. I also ordered mashed potatoes with onion rings as sides. I got about 2 onion rings (as pictured) and broccoli instead of potatoes. I left out of here at 8:03PM. 31minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10-15 minutes to Clifton Park TGI because the employees here are trash through and through
