Mcdonald's - Albany

The little pink haired girl working drive through Thursday Night 20th at 2am needs to be retrained learn not to lie within earshot of the guest she's trying to pass blame on to. Just answer the drive through when it chimes in your ear and don't try to give someone else your work to do when they're standing right next to you.The dark skin girl preparing food however clearly knows how to do her job and deserves a raise and better coworkers that don't make her job harder.

Food costs a lot of money these days, so to spend it on something that doesn't taste good is upsetting. I brought a cheeseburger it was cold to the point that Not only was to cheese not able to melt it, but you can taste the grease of the burger. Not happyFood: 1/5

Worst and dirtiest McDonald's I've been in. Food was bad, burger was hardly warm. Soft drink machine smells like bacteria, had a bug in either the ice or sprite. Bathrooms were disgusting, garbage all over the floor in the dining area. Should have just walked away and found somewhere else.

This situation is not 24 hours! at several locations and at different times (from 1:00 to 5:00 o'clock) closes the restaurant. the app allows them to order, drive there, to see the lighter on, just turn away. I don't know if there are legitimate reasons, or if the personal is just running out. there was a noticeable improvement of customer service. the employees during the day shifts were amazing and very accommodating, especially the breakfast crew. they are on the spot with accusations, fast, helpful, empathetic and a real joy to interact!

What can I say other than it's a McDonald's and they are all pretty much the same. I don't go inside this one anymore because there are always a bunch of disrespectful kids in there but they still make some pretty good burgers so I hit the drive thru on occasion. It's hard to go wrong with a quarter pounder or a couple double cheeburgers and some fries. The staff and service vary at this location, but are mostly pretty good.
