Kfc - Albany

I went to lunch at 11:50 a.m. to 9/28/2022, and I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before I eat. I was stopped by 2 employees behind the counter and said the bathroom was our order. one had a smirk on his face when the other said they had to go to the cinema next door. I asked if the district manager knows how the load manager. a break, then they said they'd address the problem. I didn't believe a word of it and I left. this is not the first time that a complaining has been made by me, since the loading is operated by incompetent and the place in the regular dirty. as the manager and the district manager are satisfied with the way the location is executed or changes would have already been made. the best option, go somewhere, but there.

Biscuits were hard as a rock, the original recipe turned into extra crispy. Very sad for that was my mother's day dinner, now I am afraid to use the coupons and go back. Will it be another waste of good money?

Got the app. Ordered. Got to the restaurant and they were closed. Still fighting to get my money back. Deleted the App. Just drive there App does nothing Ripped off

Courteous staff. The classic chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches were perfect and made fresh to order. The tacos from the taco bell side were good too. Nice to see people striving for excellence. Keep it up folks ???

Service was good at counter...watched the guy who packed our chicken literally smash the lid to the bucket down crushing our chicken and making the breading super greasy and soggy...ehhh...not the best kfc
