Alamo Diner

We spent the night at this restaurant, and I would have given it a 5-star rating if it weren't for the floor covering. The floor has a loose powder-like substance that really clings to shoes and ends up in our RV. However, the owners were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

This park is a fantastic spot for water, food, and fuel. However, keep in mind that it's a DRY city, and we couldn't find any beer within a 10-mile radius before getting to the campsite! Fortunately, we brought plenty of wine with us, so we were all set. There's a food market and fuel station just behind the park, across the bridge. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the floors are clean and well-maintained. There's also a lovely grassy area for pets. A new owner, Renee, is taking over this weekend from Dean. Wishing him lots of luck and blessings after so many years of traveling!
