Delicious breakfast right around the corner from the plaza. Not a lot of tables but definitely grab one if you can. The chilaquiles were excellent and the portions very generous. Be sure to look at the menu on the blackboard because the menu card doesn't list everything. Service was very pleasant and the food fresh and freshly prepared. Will absolutely come back here again.
Llegamos a desayunar unos chilaquiles con huevo, las salsas sin duda destacaron, probamos un sándwich de salmón y queso crema y un waffle, el americano estaba rico sin duda volveremos.
We found this place inadvertently when we look for a burger filled in a city with the best Mexican food. it was a surprisingly good lunch! the burgers were hot, well boiled, the rolls were great and not giganic, the salat was fresh, and. we had ingwer icy, which was great. we also bought their house made granola and cookies that were very cheap and really good. very recommend this hidden gemstone.
I can't argue with the other reviewers that this is a delightful little place. I might argue about the organic part, as it's difficult to get Certified Organic produce in Mexico. My partner enjoyed the vegetarian salad with a simple vinaigrette dressing served on the...side (nice). I ordered the vegetarian sandwich and a side of roasted vegetables. The two were indistinguishable in content, save for the mayonnaise on the sandwich. Neither of us had tomatoes, which would have been a welcome addition. A man walked in carrying a bag of them as we finished our meal, so I guess it was bad luck. The tables and chairs are charmingly rustic and uncomfortable to sit in for long (we had to wait minutes for my sandwich). All in all, I wish them well as a welcome change from tourist food.
