Tornado Alley - Abilene

Food took 45 minutes to come out to us and we were the only ones in there for a good while. Then an employee started to throw a fit and slam doors and curse while a were trying to enjoy our meal. Very unprofessional.

This bowling alley has been a monthly family fun place for our family for quite awhile. We drive from Salina to enjoy bowling and the food. However, we had a much different experience today. The friendly staff that we are accustomed to has been replaced by a rude j who is only interested in the league bowlers. He has no time for family fun I guess. He had zero desire to be helpful, couldn't even give us a right and left shoe (twice) and refused to let our children bowl in socks because it upsets the league bowlers. The lady behind the bar was super friendly as usual. We will no longer be spending our money here. Not to be treated like this.

I always have good friendly service when I come here, I've even worked here. Definitely a place to go if you're looking for something to pass the time and snack.

The place smelled, serving staff doesn't pay attention to customers, and the bowling is outdated and expensive. (21 for 2 players for 1 game) The dart game is not checked for money often enough so it fills cause the quarters to jam, all the pool cues but 1 are missing the tips, and we watched a girl move the glass and get the balls out of the table so she didn't have to pay. Heard it has new owners, hopefully the new owners will see this review and make some major changes.

Two times in a row we got the worst food here ever! This time the worst service ever! Sat down for dinner and in over 30 minutes got one drink and nothing else! Brandon ya need to get a handle on this and yes I have video to show you!
