I had never been in the restaurant, till the other night but I have had it served at a catering. Wife has been in US for about 8 months and we we're on our way home and decided to stop in and eat. Walked in and was greeted said they would get a table ready for 2. I was thinking 10 to 15 min wait and about 2mins later they called name. It is a set menu so no deciding what to order. The waitress explained everything and all the food. All the food was delicious. Well neither me or wife like cottage cheese. So we just set it to side and ate basically a little of everything else. And boxed up our chicken, potatoes, gravy, biscuits that we hadn't ate.

How can I even begin to describe. Just go for yourself. Chicken dinner in a beautifully restored hotel. It’s he only exciting thing about driving through Kansas. Coleslaw and creamed corn are too sweet for me but the chicken is phenomenal. James beard awarded chicken come on that speaks for itself.
