Terrible quality, food came cold, didn't taste as great as I remember it used earlier.

I visited your Ellon shop yesterday. The ice was good. But I had an allergic reaction when I went back to Peterhead and was treated at the Peterhead Hospital. To make you just aware, you really need to make sure that there are no sauces from a previous order as an additional one in the order of the next customer! Whatever your cleaning procedures are between customers, I can suggest that a different look at them.

I placed my order an hour and a half ago and it's still not ready. No one is picking up when I call. This is awful customer service!

Decent desserts, the portion of the crepes were large so couldn’t finish it all, better for sharing. The shakes were nice though a bit too sweet for my liking.
